STEM Training Challenge Monthly Subscription

Are you ready to add S.T.E.M. to your homeschool program in a fresh new way?

Adding S.T.E.M. to your homeschool program can feel overwhelming, time consuming, and difficult. You may even have tried some S.T.E.M. kits and found it was nothing more than a toy. You want you child to develop the STEM skill set and higher learning skills of critical thinking, logic, and problem-solving.

We have done the hard work for you. You do not need to spend hours or days searching online for videos, classes, resources, kits, supplies, etc. And as a bonus, your child will learn how to work through processes and develop higher learning skills.

How the Challenge Subscription Works

A new STEM-based Challenge is released each month. They will explore either the STEM Training Process, the Engineering Design Process, or the Scientific Method. Some months we may even include Entrepreneurship projects.

Each month you will receive:

Online Challenge Access – with lessons working students through the Challenge
Trainee Portfolio – to showcase the student’s work
Challenge Kit – all the supplies to complete the Challenge experiments and mini Challenges *excluding liquid products
Trainee Completion Button & Certificate
Virtual Coaching Sessions
Virtual Showcase

You will be billed on the 20th of each prior month and receive the Kit by the 1st of the month. (For March Challenge you will be billed on February 20th and receive the Kit by March 1st).

We have done all the work for you. Once your account is created on the 1st of the month you will be given access to the online lesson curriculum for the Challenge. Each Challenge works through a process and is broken down into steps with a lesson to accompany that step. There are video instructions for struggling readers and visual learners.

In the mail, you will receive the Challenge Kit. Inside the Kit pouch, you will find a Trainee Portfolio. The portfolio is created for all levels and types of learners and a pdf version is available that you can then fill in using an app like GoodNotes for more tech-motivated students. The Portfolio will showcase their work and save you time when annual evaluations approach as it provides samples of their work. Each student can make the Portfolio what they need it to be. For younger students or those that learn differently, they can draw their research and ideas. Also, for those students that like writing, they have plenty of space for detailed notes.

We also include the Challenge Kits to complete experiments or activities. We know you are busy and collecting supplies can be laborious so we have taken the hard work out of it for you. With one exception, perishable or liquid products are hard to ship and ensure safe delivery, we will give you advance warning if this happens.

Trainees will also receive a completion button and certificate at the end of each Challenge. They can display their buttons proudly on their STEM Training Labcoat which is included in the annual subscription or can be ordered here.

As a special bonus for monthly and annual subscribers, you will be able to participate in the Virtual Coaching Sessions, which will be there to help students in a group setting if they need inspiration or help with the Challenge.

At the end of each month, students have the option to submit their 3-minute presentation and/or final project for the Showcase.
